Welcome to Your Journey
We start slow, gentle, and intentional. Neck and shoulder stretches, seated spinal movements, half and full roll backs, bridges, leg circles, and rolling like a ball. You'll discover the natural curve in your lower back and why it matters in every exercise. No experience needed β just you, your breath, and the beginning of something wonderful.
Building On Your Beautiful Foundation
Same love, a gentle step forward. We layer on scissors, supine spinal twist, oblique work, swan prep, and hip flexor lunges. You're building strength, body awareness, and muscle memory with every single rep β even when it feels small.
You're Already Changing
Can you feel it? A little taller, a little straighter. We add twisted roll backs, hundreds progression, bridge with fingertip lift, swan with hands at forehead, single leg kicks, and wider leg circles. You're not just going through the motions β you're feeling the movement.
Building Momentum
More fire in the belly. Half roll back with twist, hundreds with both arms pumping, bridge with hip pulses, swan with legs lifted, scissors, and hip flexor lunges. Hard is where the growth lives β choose love and keep showing up.
Celebrate Every Win
Every little win matters. We add spinal twist with oblique pulses, double leg circles, figure-four stretch, and bridge with pulses. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to show up.
Strength You Can Feel

Gentle Stretches
to Wake Up the Body
We never just jump in. Every class begins with a few gentle, intentional stretches to warm the joints, lubricate the spine, and bring your awareness into your body.
For women in perimenopause and menopause, this matters more than ever. Dropping estrogen reduces joint lubrication and increases stiffness β especially first thing. A proper warm-up protects your body and signals your nervous system that it's safe to move.
Savasana
to Restore & Reset
We never just stop. Every class ends in Savasana β complete stillness β so your body can absorb everything it just did and your nervous system can fully reset.
For menopausal women, this is genuinely medicinal. Savasana activates the parasympathetic nervous system β the opposite of the fight-or-flight cortisol response that menopause makes so much worse. It calms hot flashes, reduces anxiety, and trains your body to rest deeply again.

I'm Felicia Terlecki β ex-professional ballet dancer with the New York Theatre Ballet, 20+ years of teaching Pilates, and a Women's Health Advocate based in Bali.
I created this challenge because I know what it feels like when your body starts to feel unfamiliar in midlife. The stiffness. The fatigue. The loss of that feeling of being strong and at home in your own skin.
Pilates gave it back to me β and it will give it back to you. Not through grinding harder, but through moving smarter. With precision, intention, and a whole lot of joy.
