We start slow, gentle, and intentional. Neck and shoulder stretches, seated spinal movements, half and full roll backs, bridges, leg circles, and rolling like a ball. You'll discover the natural curve in your lower back and why it matters in every exercise. No experience needed β€” just you, your breath, and the beginning of something wonderful.

Building On Your Beautiful Foundation

Same love, a gentle step forward. We layer on scissors, supine spinal twist, oblique work, swan prep, and hip flexor lunges. You're building strength, body awareness, and muscle memory with every single rep β€” even when it feels small.
